Absolutely amazing. And so relaxing to watch. I can’t believe how people can treat their cars that way. I have an a 2007 CRV that I beautify every week. Your carpet extractor does amazing work.
That pink stuff all over the seats reminds me of slime stains from when my kids were younger. If you ever have any issues getting that removed, white vinegar breaks it down really quickly.
You and your crew sure do nice work. Cleaning cars and trucks is just something that I always found relaxing. But I sure have to admit . That I couldn’t carry your buckets or rags.😂 Have you had any luck with cleaning Chevrolet Silverado “leather” ? Or a special paint for “Raised white letters.” Paint. I’m 67 and I do believe that you could teach a old dog new tricks. Again great work at your shop.
I did a maintenance clean on the carpets on my 22 Camry and realized how bad the carpet quality is, I should invest in some all weather mats that cover as much as possible.
To be honest, this is why I will never buy a used car. If they didn't take care of the inside, they probably didn't take care of the car at all. I don't know how people can drive like that.
Especially these lower end model cars. A lot of time the people who bought them can barely afford making the payments (hence the repo) let alone actually doing the needed maintenance.
In my opinion I would take a vehicle that is so reliable for over 300,000 miles and bad carpet rather than a vehicle with good carpet and ends up as a lawn ornament
But they don't have to put carpet that goes threadbare in 10 years in a car that will last 20. If you're going for quality, it could include quality interior.
Great work as always man! Yes, YES,YES! TOYOTA HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CARPET! Seriously though, what's the deal with the velcro carpet? It's God awful .
My '96 Accord had amazing carpet. It still looked like new when I sold it in 2008. My mom's '08 Accord is impossible to vacuum, her hair stays stuck in it, I pick it out by hand. Why'd they have to fix something that wasn't broke? Someone said velcro carpet, I think that's a perfect way to describe it!
Hey Foster! My sister told me about you. Which is funny because she lives in the middle of nowhere Alabama. (And I don't know what she's doing watching detail videos) but... I.. live in Debary, Floriduh. And she says your out of Sanford, FL. Lol.. I'm detailing over here. Used Car lot stuff. Nothing fancy. Thank god! Anyways! Thank you! Go be great!
The older ones are better than the newer ones. They are still some of the most reliable cars around, but they have been cheapened some in the newer models. The carpets are a good example of this.
It would be great in your storyline, if you explained how this car never seemed to ever be washed and why it was repossessed. Whoever was driving it obviously had no interest in the car and perhaps never should have had the car sold to them.
I think he works with the auctions cleaning the repossessed vehicles so they can be sold. Why the former owners didn't look after their vehicles will never be known. Why are they repossessed? Obviously, financial difficulties that couldn't or wouldn't be overcome.
I find it very sad that new of a car can look that bad! The people that owned it should be ashamed! I am sure those children were never disciplined! Today's generation scares me to think what the world is coming to! You did another amazing job making this car look awesome!
Hi. Can u tell me pls which accessories you used for detailing car pls tell me i need these all i.e like vacuum cleaner others i do not know pls tell me thank you so much👍🏻
I’m sure it’s no coincidence that all these repo cars happen be nasty. Tells you all you need to know about the type of people that had them. Yes I realize there are exceptions but let’s be honest, the majority of people who are getting their stuff repo’d are lazy and undisciplined. Amazing job (as always) bringing this one back to life.
The exterior wasn't too bad, just grubby. The interior, though? Yuck and gross just don't cover the absolute nastiness. How a 2 year-old vehicle can look that disgusting tells you EVERYTHING about the former owner. I try to keep my cars as clean as I can. May get grubby, but NOTHING like that car! Pink and orange goo? EWWWWWW! EWWW, EWWW, EWWWW!
As a detailer I disagree, any Ford and Mitsubishi and anything else American have the least quality, not only carpet but plastics, paint and fit and the best would be Toyota. You don't see anything with very high mileage but Toyota.
@M.A.D. DETAILING oh. In my personal opinion, y'all are awesome! I am a mobile detailer and honestly have used some of your normal routines to help speed up my detailing. So... thanks for the help, I love watching your vids! PS... I love to detail repo cars, someday I might film one or two. :) Foster, thanks for being an inspiration to detailers everywhere!
You should always cover the alternator with a plastic bag, don't want to get any water in there. Also don't direct the spray at any wiring connections, but getting them wet is fine. I just use a garden hose, and keep it away from the battery and fuse box also. I wipe the dust off by hand, and they look fine. I wouldn't take a power washer to an older car's engine bay either, the connections can get looser overtime, and I don't want any wires waterlogged.
Dirt in a car is one thing while detailing. But crumbs, garbage, and sticky stains. Come on people, use your head. If you live in it and don’t have house or anywhere else to live, then I can’t judge anyone.
If my years in the car business taught me anything, people treat their cars the same way they treat their credit usually. Not surprised this is a repo, and before you bring out the pitchforks! It's not always bad credit. Sometimes, the person is just plain trashy.
The people that previously had this car should be arrested for treating a vehicle as such what slobs I just started the video it wanted to say that let us move on 😁
