Hi, Echo. You've said in previous episodes that you wanted to expend more energy, since you're producing so much. When I reach the level of automation that you have reached, I increase the duplicates' time off - by another hour - and build recreation rooms with everything the game allows. I know you guys don't really like giving duplicates so much morale and use so much space for this things, but I thought it would be an idea to spend energy and make our comrades happier. I’m finally caught up. Two ideas: you love buffer tanks? Have you ever considered that maybe that second planet IS the buffer tank. Open up the polluted water tank and let the entire planet BE the buffer tank. 2nd: power usage - create a two block chunk in all of their schedules of downtime. Every dupe at the same time simultaneously and create a PARTY room with 4 juke boxes, a dance floor, that fancy air thingy. Give them some fun

How about a play through were you have to build a full colony on each planetoid and each colony focuses on something specific like one colony is farming, one is manufacturing, one ranching, and they all have to ship resources to each other to survive. Maybe you can set it up so efficiently you can even leave it running afk for a week lol.

The move + empty bottle trick is such an amazing addition to the game! My colonies are often littered with ~30kg bottles of naphtha for impromptu yet sturdy bead locks. So handy.

I don't really understand why you had to replace the critter drop offs. I looks like its just a graphical change so I don't see why it wouldn't just be automatic. (I've never played oni so if there's more to it I apologise)

Dupes need pockets with a task queue so they quit dropping things all over the place when a food/WC/sleep break comes up.

Speaking of devs... I am curious as to how many people Kleis has for an employment team... The amount of work they have done... Just simply amazes me. They have SO MANY GAMES and its questionable if they have several teams of Devs for each game or if they have one team and they all work on ALL the games Kleis puts out. Oni, Don't Starve, MIND OVER MAGIC (My latest Kleis Obsession), Eets series (WOULD LOVE TO SEE MORE EETS GAMES KLEIS!!!) And then there is ALL THE SIDE STAND ALONE TYPE STORY GAMES. I am not gonna get into that because there is quite a few of those type games. I have played a few and they ain't bad but I prefer a game I can just RESTART if I so chose to. Story line games don't exactly give you that option. Start over to hear the same story all over again... WHY? I would rather start Don't Starve over than any other story line game. At least Don't Starve doesn't play out the same as most Story Line games do. I think that's Don't Starves benefit over more other Storyline games, it not the same, ever, in any restart.

Hey Echo, I think you might have natural gas floating in the kitchen now after moving the gas range. I saw multiple dupes having trouble breathing or rubbing their eyes!

V is the key for Move in Photoshop (M is "marquee" which sounds stupid but is one of the most frequently used tools)

11:46 I work in a chemical plant and sometimes I have to go into our oven, they turn the heats off and it's usually around 70c. I'm in a full hazmat/heat suit with supplied air. It is ridiculously hot and It sucks working in it. But on the bright side the atmosphere is poison that might explode if it gets to concentrated rather than steam!

Hi Echo! I also have been using the dehydrated food too and also get the unreachable and unpermitted food messages all the time. Some of my dupes also seem to take the dehydrated food instead of the fresh stuff, not sure why... I sent my save in the chaos crew submissions if you want to check it out.

Oh I hate you so much for making such a basic fuctionnal kitchen. I became bold after scratching my head too much in my colony to make my kitchen... Aaaahh ❤

The timer running your petroleum generators is set for 650 seconds total instead of a cycle, so if you're getting less fertilizer than expected that's someplace to check Amazing colony, by the way

Hot key for move to: shift+M. If you mess up, at worst you mop something.

You might want to put an airflow tile in the floor on the right side of the kitchen to let the carbon dioxide leave. It can't get past the deep freezer's top tile.

There is a mod you should consider that let's you replace buildings. No deconstruct then reco struct it streamlines it to one function

I just bought the game 2 days ago (because of you 😁) and I was thinking about ways to offload excess heat. You’re much better at the game than I am, I was wondering if you could test something for me (or perhaps tell me how to best test it myself without killing my colony) Dupes eat food, what happens if the food is 200°c? Will it negatively effect a dupe? Will the dupe’s body temp change? Will they be scolded? Or will they effectively eat the heat and destroy it? P.s. happy Friday
