■ Materials (for 2 people)
・ Chicken thigh: 1 ・ Salt: A little ・ Pepper: A little ・ Beat egg: 1 ・ Wheat flour: Appropriate amount ・ Salad oil: 4 tablespoons Sweet and sour sauce ・ Grain vinegar: 2 tablespoons ・ Sugar: 2 tablespoons ・ Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons Cup, sliced pepper: 1 bottle, tartar sauce, boiled egg: 1 piece, onion: 1/4 piece, parsley: 3 g
・ Mayonnaise: 5 tablespoons ・ Salt: A little ・ Pepper: A little
■ Preparation ・ Finely chop the parsley and onions, and expose the onions to water to drain them.
■ How to make
1. Divide the boiled egg into yolks and whites, chop the whites and crush the yolks with a fork.
2. Put 1, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, parsley and onions in a bowl and mix to make tartar sauce.
3. Make the chicken even in thickness, cut it into 4 equal parts, and make several holes with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with flour and entangle the beaten egg.
5. Add oil to a frying pan and heat to fry 4 until it is deep-fried.
6. Take it out once and wipe off the excess oil in the frying pan, then add the sweet and sour sauce ingredients and let it boil for a while.
7. Put the chicken back in, entangle it all over, and sprinkle with tartar sauce to complete.
■ Tips / Points ・ It is also recommended to cut chicken into bite-sized pieces to make it easier to eat.
・ If sweet and sour sauce is heated too much, the acidity will be lost, so cook it quickly after boiling.

コメントありがとうございます!黄身も一緒に刻んでいただいても良いのですが、刻んでいる際に黄身がまな板や包丁にくっついてしまい、うまく切れないことがあります。分けて白身だけ細かく刻み、黄身を潰すようにして混ぜると無駄なく作ることができますよ😊

私も、黄身がまな板に、こびり付くのがイヤで、別々に切っていてました。 100均のマッシャーがあると、ゆで卵、丸ごとボールの中で潰せて、マヨネーズと、混ぜる事も出来るので、便利ですよ。
