Deep-Fried Shrimp Wontons

1.5 lb Shrimps
1 tsp Chicken Seasoning
1/2 tsp Whit pepper Powder
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Same Oil
1 tbsp Tapioca Starch
120g Bamboo Shoot
2 Stalks Green Onion
1 Pack Wonton Wrappers
Cooking Oil for Frying
Shredded Lettuce (Optional)
Sweet Chili Sauce (Optional)
