David Zwart it seems anything that's repetitive and progressive can help focus. (Some drum and bass, trance, house, techno, ambient and many others can fit this description, or not.) On the other hand try listening to a trap nation mix or something, and you'll constantly be the thrown out of focus, because it's too energetic and/or changing (not saying it's bad, just doesn't help you focus).

love the hunting noise in the background, love the bass on D&B, my speakers are 120Ws and sub, one of the channels is blown on amp, i am running the lot through one channel, lol, Denon 250, still blowing it up, i found the amp, and bought speakers for £20, got a Bluetooth receiver for £5, plugged into the amp, to connect to net," and these amazing selections of music," i have it full blast." Avvvveeeeit." 24.27 "the falls." xxxxx

Horton yes this mix along with gas and air/diamorphine was a great combination that helped me relax. Sadly at the end I had to have a c section but the mix was certainly helpful during my labor ....😊😊😊
