It's a pity that people are not taught to pray like this in Church. I don't know why that is.

Such good advice! It doesn’t get any better than this. I’m one of those people working in a cubicle. I have found it helpful to combine my prayer word with my breath. Then I am reminded that the cubicle does not confine or define me.
