I agree. I'd never heard of green nose until a few days ago. I couldn't sleep so I searched and found this one. My mind was at peace within a few minutes and I must have fallen asleep pretty quick because I don't remember much.

I've been telling people for a long time that going camping is one of the most relaxing things someone can do. I always told them that something about being out in nature is so relaxing but I couldn't quite explain what it was until I found out. This sound is the reason why.

Oddly, i had a horrible nightmare. Im not saying it's connected to the green noise, but as an experienced white noise subscriber, I've never had this happen. I'm just sharing for anyone else who has experienced this. I did fall asleep quickly.

Fell right asleep. Physically (not metaphorically)cleared the noise and thoughts from my brain like a physical eraser. Sounds like nature but without the specific sounds that nature sound machines (ie waves, waterfalls, birds) have which spark my brain instead of relaxing it. Can’t quite explain what I mean - which is the common denominator in these comments. It’s like trying to describe the taste of water. Can’t explain it but it works. High tension wire sounds in my brain go away when I listen to this. Thank you! I woke up an hour earlier than normal and feel totally rested!
