Still loving this show, hope I do a trip to fish in Florida one day!. What I specially enjoy is the good mix of releasing and also keeping some tasty fish for the table..not one of this radical catch&release things. Good work, keep the seasons coming

It's the swim bladder. It's part of bringing a fish up to the surface from the depths. Most will vent or puncture the fish if releasing. Actually, having a venting tool is required by law here in the United States, but the law does not say you have to vent every fish. Go figure.
