Looked like a crazy day of fishing, but fun none the less. I love that Brian used the smoker haven't seen him use it in awhile. The only thing that I saw that I do differently is with the brine I put the seasonings in a pot and heat it on the stove before I add it to the fish or meat. The food seems to pick up more flavor

Hi guys, another great video. got lucky with the plug not in, but it worked out. Another way of serving the amberjack fish dip as serving the mixture on a grilled crostini and then slice of tomato and thin sliced pickled onion. Served as and appetizer. I so enjoy your vids.

Yep, been there with the plug on a couple of occasions, not fun. When you say you have two coolers of fish carcasses, do you mean ones that haven't been cleaned/processed yet or are you saving fish carcasses for the garden or other uses? Love the dip idea, looks delicious!

I love smoked Amberjack, have even made Amberjack salad. The huge ones can have worms/parasites in them 90 lbs plus but the size you caught is fine. They eat great cooked just about anyway.

You should get one of the electric plugs installed, that way you just hit the switch to plug it. If you would have been able to put the plug in from the inside, you could have just got the boat up on a plane and it will suck all the water out and then you could stick the plug in. But when you have to put it in from the outside, it makes it a bit harder. lol.

I created a "check list" for wife and I to follow EVERY LAUNCHING because of this concern. Being a former USAF crewchief, we had checklists and work cards for every task we performed...boat is no exception to my rules. I actually have a laminated cards with photos and steps to follow.

Captain fell asleep on the job. Pudding follow these simple steps. Rule #1: the boss is always right. Rule #2: if an when you imagine that the boss is wrong refer to rule #1. Rule #3: if and when for some strange reason that the boss is wrong or did something wrong fix it and never let the boss know that you did.
