Deep Sea Reporter 

In the ReCod project, cod were made to spawn in a laboratory environment that imitates the cod’s natural environment. During the summer of 2022, approximately 1 million cod larvae were released in three different places in Sweden. Now the researchers are chasing answers as to whether they have succeeded in making them grow in the wild.
