A faithful and moving cover of one of Björks best songs. This song is really so sad, while still being beautiful. It’s amazing how Bjork can write and record a song one way, and it can then be done so much differently; like with choirs, string orchestras, brass ensembles, etc. And the new versions are true to the original yet completely different!
I get goosebumps listening to this, Bjork is great and amazing and I love Vulnicura, but you really took it to another level with this cover, I love it!
surprisingly ive never thought of the actual definition of deep throat, my brain just linked "deep throat choir" with a big bird that has a shallow deep throat, almost like a pelican

Bjork is one of those people who puts so much emotion into her music that most covers fail to raise a hair. I have some issues where it is very hard for me to be emotionally stimulated anyway due to injuries sustained while in the military. This had me emotional.
