I rarely watch any Bollywood movies because most of those movies do not have strong female roles or their thoughts represented correctly. Bollywood scripts are mostly written by men. On the other hand 90 percent of Korean scripts are written by female writers. That's why there is a massive female fan base for Korean dramas. Hollywood also has great female roles. I love watching Nicole Kidman, Charlize thrones and Jenifer Lawrence movies. They just don't come and start dancing in revealing dress, which is the case more often than not in Bollywood. There is no equal opportunity in Bollywood. India is still a highly patriarchal country and women do have equal opportunity in any field even outside the film industry. This eventually comes lead many women to choose careers in acting and modeling industry. Therefore, there is a huge demand for acting from the female generally compared to competition among male actors. There is also a deficiency for female roles. That is why many Bollywood directors say females in the show biz are replaceable unlike actors. Women have become so easy to replace with another beautiful face in Bollywood. This situation can be seen in Hollywood also. But not to this extend. Women are often paid equally. Even decades ago Anjelina Jolie and Brad Pritt were paid the same for Mr and Ms. The Hollywood pay gap is really insignificant compared to Bollywood.

See.. If u are working on a project in ur office with ur male staffs..but the boss is paying more to male staffs than u and u also hve the equal contribution as much as male staffs so how do u feel!!
