Agree with the comments on ‘your colour’. I think Your skin tone is cool so you look amazing in cool reds, cool pinks and greys. I think the reason gold doesn’t work for you is that it is a warm tone. You live, you learn 🤷‍♀️

Keep the jumbo. I didn’t wear mine for like 10 yrs….when kids r in middle school and you are more hands free , the jumbo will be your go to as you will be more mature and it will fit better with your lifestyle and age

It's because of the steep slope that makes them uncomfortable. Heel height and its thickness are not the only indicators that make shoes comfortable or not. Also, everyone has a slightly different issue on their feet. In this case, it might be the support of your arch is just lacking even they are lower in heel. I believe in heels by specialised heel makers. Just wondering you are purchasing rolexes and lux items, have you try any custom made heels? They are so much better and you don't even need to break them in.

The Rolex is simply a stunning classic! While the white jumbo bag is GORGEOUS, it looks a bit like a small suitcase in comparison to your body frame. The smaller bags look sooooo lovely on you!

I agree. Charis could wear the jacket with black jeans, or even blue jeans but she must wear her hair down to do this. And wear flats. This will work. Plain bag and this will tone it all down.

Oh I can totally relate! I used to impulse buy a LOT especially when we're on vacation it's like, I'm on shopping mode all the time but I regret a lot of those purchases. Now, when I see something (whether on vacation or at home) and I feel like "I gotta have this", I take a picture of it. I walk around the mall and honestly, as soon as I leave the store, I'm over it already. Of course there are those that I just can't resist like anything with hearts (to quite an extent) or white and pink colors but still, unless it's the last size and I know it's my color, my size and I'd be comfortable in it, I take a picture of it. If I can't stop thinking about it and keep looking at the picture, then I'll buy it. For shoes, it doesn't matter if its high end, I learned my lesson on buying things on sale and thinking it's Chanel! Waste of money when I can barely walk on them. Thanks for sharing Charis 🥰💖

I agree buying sale items from Chanel. I regret it. Now, till today I haven’t worn the booties I got from 2 years ago. Agreed with you about getting the right size for cartier love bracelet. I recently upgraded and updated the size of my love bracelet. Im loving it so much especially now I picked the one with diamonds.💎 I have those LV shoes too and uncomfortable. 😣

Charis, try the shoes with nylon stockings. For the open toe you can try wearing with the nylon stockings that are open toe style. It wont rub so much on your feet if they are tight. I have the YSL pumps that hurt when I wear without the nylon stockings. When I wear with the nylon stockings it helps my foot move around a bit more so doesn't bother me as much.

I will count / calculate the cost per wear and think thrice before buying a luxury item. Say if you have 30 luxury handbags, they only got used once a month. I would rather have a few items that I truly love and that truly suit my lifestyle. I would make the most use out of them.

Go to a drugstore and in the foot care section and buy a product called mole skin. It is a beige colour and you can cut little pieces to fit in your shoes in spots that hurt especially on straps or back of heels. It is self adhesive and works wonders on spots in shoes that rub and hurt your feet. PS: love your channel!!!!

All excellent tips! The Jumbo is a pretty look, but to me it is like the heels that are too high and thus sit on my shelf. The Jumbo is so heavy that I would always reach for something else instead. I love my small classic flap, and then the Medium/Large second.

I needed a black bag and instead of waiting I bought the lv black game on neverfull. It’s still in box. Right after that lv came out with solid black empriente neverfull I wish I waited 😩. I’m almost 50 and I’m going to carry such a colorful bag ugh. We all have those regrets. Next time I’ll wait and stick with classics I don’t have a daughter so I’m stuck with bag.

Love this video Charis is hard to think you have lux regrets. One regret for me is to get a bag I have been thinking to get but in black just because of an increase is coming. In my case, It’s better to wait for the handbag in a color I know I will wear and keep in my collection even if it’s after an increase. 😊

I agree that knowing the colors that work best for you and most of your outfits is just as important as knowing yourself and your style . Red is definitely your color as when u hold the red LV mini bag next to u, I saw st glowing. Pink, not so much, even though I know u love pink also. The lime color also looks good on you whereas brown (gold) doesn’t make u glow. Anws, this is a great video. Thanks for sharing.

I totally agree with what u said about the bags and shoes especially these are luxury items that the shoes have to be comfortable and looks good on u. You have beautiful bags and I can see why you regret on some but it's still beautiful lol. I do regret not buying Chanel bags a few years earlier and now the price are ridiculously high that makes me not wanting to buy anymore. I've learned alot from this video. I own around 150 pairs of shoes at the moment and most of them I ordered online.I hate the pressure of buying something in luxury boutique.Rather buy online and exchange if necessary than say that I dont like something to the sales person.Maybe its because of social anxiety

My first Zimmermann dress!! It was on sale and I really wanted Zimmermann dress in my wardrobe and looks so beautiful so i got it. But it is pretty special occasion only type of dress so i only wore 2times since i got it. Hahaha. I totally agree with knowing ur colour. I got the Chanel black caviar c/f medium due to everyone wants it and black never goes wrong. But most of my clothes go with lighter colour bag than black. I wish i went for beige clair. I’m still adore black one i have but now i’m chasing beige clair as well 😅 and i’m for sure if i get beige one black one won’t be reached much.

aww Charis, same experience for me. when i was newly postpartum after delivering my baby girl, i thought i would never lose the baby weight to wear my usual ring size again, and i bought the hermes CDC ring in a size up at 50. And lo and behold i was back to 49 after a few months🍾😑 and because that ring it so loose now i dropped it and the centerpiece broke 😰🙊 oh well, we live and learn. xoxo
