Weight lose krne ke liye pehle kudh ka Maan strongly banana hoga. Deepu ko jab bhi lagega dil se ki usko weight loose krna hai wo kar lagi. I also gained lot of weight. I was 70 kg and now I lost 6kg within 12 days. Intermittent fasting se. I have very light breakfast kabhi fruits or kabhi tea biscuits. And lunch main normal roti sabji dal chawal salad. Bas over eating ni krti and lunch ke bad kuch ni khati. Starting ke 3-4 din problem hoti hai. Fir body ko habit ho jati hai and feel bhi ni hota kuch khaya ni hai raat main. Aur jab weight kam hota hai toh aur motivation milta hai. 1 hr walking bhi krti hu.
