Thanks a lot.The past west Alps and now Borneo offshore (SE Asian?) both give similar structures----thrust. It is a good method to discuss current oceanic structures by comparison clues from the continent, similar to that between present oceanic floor and ophiolites. I've listened to all the 80 videos on Structural Geology by now. The gains are great. However, it is still necessary for me to systematically listen to the preparation of geological maps.

Very interesting stuff. I'm pondering on the synchronous and post thrust fluid and pressure dynamics that take place in these zones. Particulally pressure solution, cobald creep, crack n seal crystalization, and the solution movement and mixing that would occur as the thrusts bring the various lithified and not so lithified rock types into close contact with each other.
