I got gold splits on both portions of the movement sections of this run, the chaser fight itself is the only thing left that I need to work on. If you are wondering what the random wind or the "FALSE REALMS CANNOT SAVE YOU" is that pushes me forwards, its my bell. I got Kamui on my speedrunning slot, and it's supposed to push you back when you use it in layer 2, however you can also use it to push you forward if you walk in front of the wind. This lets me do a lot of interesting skips that you probably haven't seen before. You might think it's a bit unfair for a category to require a legendary bell to get WR in, however Ice skate does everything my bell can do and more, allowing you to perform the skips I did much faster and much more consistently. I chose to use this slot instead of one with ice skate because personally I think this makes for a much better viewing experience. Ideally you would have ice skate and shard bow to help get some of chaser's tricker blood vials. But yeah, hope you all enjoyed the run and I'm probably gonna take a break from speedrunning for now to work on the next 1-20 ABRIDGED. Look forward to that!
holy shit!! this run is insane, and such a huge improvement over your previous any% chaser runs. the tech used was absolutely nuts to watch, and using dimension travel's layer 2 effect to cross those huge gaps was wild. excited to see what you try and optimize next
@@AJfr. the bonekeeper and chaser are easy but the crumbling platforms are so janky half the time that i either get stuck or fall off due to lag when they crumble since they spawn so many particles

This is my third time making the build to be optimized for chaser, and I just happened to get kamui on it. It’s probably my favorite build I’ve ever made.
YEESH btw if you jump, use the anchor crit immediately after the jump and then the moment its about to send you forward use the gale double jump thing it can send you a pretty good distance

As someone who does this duo, this is insane as your getting to chaser at the same time as me and im stood ready at chaser the second the gen turns on. The whole rout to get to the gen is impressive and as a duo team you could get to chaser in 1-1:30 mins which is something that if possable would be stupid and with that at that the possiblitys for floor 2 as well i wonder how quick all of layer 2 could be beat my record is 18 mins but with this Kamui exploit it could be faster as it most definatly faster than portals which i have been using up to this point.
I would probably recommend using heroism evanspear with three star (aslong as you're confident you can keep high health or survive with low health) when I was full hp I got chaser to phase two off ONLY ONE singular knockdown, meaning I only broke the jars once to enter phase two. So you can imagine how powerful the heroism enchant is, and my axe is only 1 star damage I believe
