There is something special and satisfaction about shooting an Oneida bow or compound with no sight. Shooting a modern bow in a traditional style is a lethal combination Have a good hunting season 💪
You are on your game! I'm ready, understanding my limitations. Finally retired my late 80's Darton, shooting a new Phoenix the same way as I always have (no release, no peep, but with sight pins). Loving it, finally have 150gr VPA fixed 3 blades shooting same poi as field tips. I'm almost ready for the hunt!
I have the Mathews V3X 29. It is dialled in. Shooting Easton axis 5mm arrows. Wt NAP HELLRAZOR fixed blade broadheads so sharp they will cut you just looking at them. Good luck this season brother.
Thinking about getting an Oneida but have a couple of questions: Approximately how often do you have to change the cables and do you shoot with the suppression system on or removed? Also, do you enjoy it more than when you shot trad? Thanks!
You thumped that squirrel. The swamps have taken hold of me and all I do is spot / stalk hog hunt anymore. Deer are incidental bycatch, and we have some nice ones here in S. GA.
