You have no idea just how much I appreciated the description that was going on this video it help me to understand what was going on and for a totally blind person that description is very well needed I hope that you make more videos like this in the future I love it when you described to me what's going on Thank you so much!!!
Ha that thing is probably trashed by now. You said “what else can you do?” I’d recommend a rock hammer or blasting haha. That beats the piss out of a machine. John Deere 650D for sale...lightly used.
There are much better machines for breaking rock, but then you would still need another machine to dig the material out. When a job like this is priced out, they take into account the extra wear and tear on a machine. If this is normally a $600/h machine (for example, not the actual price) it would probably be $700/h when ripping rock.
WHATEVER YOU DO, don't rip a few more feet and never ever back up and rip some more under the machine, and don't put the bucket to the side, always in back
Rock? isn't that shale? Ya it is still hard on the machine and the operator at least you have a good machine digging it. A Shittapillar would be dead in no time and a Komatsu would be dig five minutes then repaired for 8 hours.
Komatsu = Komatsu Caterpillar = Mitsubishi John Deere = Hitachi. They are all Japanese and all about the same. What is your point? I prefer Komatsu but JD and Cat offer the best finance deals, that is why I own Cat equipment. What kind of equipment do you own, truck driver?
That comment was for the user, graveltrucking. Truck drivers just love to drone on and on about anything, doesn't matter if they actually know what they are talking about. :)
