Yes, except where a community server has specifically chosen to block it, then it's open. Used it myself 3 times over the last 7 days on a vanilla Deer Isle server. It's worth bearing in mind that now most servers have no gas on the oilrigs, it's so simple to get the purple keycards that everyone is using KMUC extensively for gearing up because the loot is still decent in there (unlike the rigs)@@dronefryers6427

to get thor's hammer you just have to go to the Temple on the SW of deerisle map

You can find the keycard for kmuc bunker in most of the high tier mil. Zones. Like area 42 & Paris. It’s should be easy to find it. But it depends on the server settings.

Guaranteed in one of the 3 oil rigs and in area 42. But there you should look carefully it clips inside

Yes, there is a large pit with a stream running at the bottom. Chlorine tabs can be found as loot or on zombies.

thats indeed possible on modded servers

To answer my own question. With about 7 fireplaces you can climb in through that hole aswell. No need to loot oil rig anymore yw
