+Kunal Warule yes but even now we have good composers composing good songs (Aashiqi 2 is biggest example). in 90s also there were weird remixes of old songs (Kaanta Laga Haye Laga, etc). Every generation will see mix of good and bad. Songs like these last decades, some last weeks ;)

Times have changed and so the style of singing and our perception to music , If we compare this original version and Arijit Singh's rendition we can see that those days the treatment of every song was smoother,softer in the throw although it was a pop song in that time. such nostalgia...i remember being 11 or 12 and crushing on sonu's voice in this song...me and my 15 year old sister used to vibe to this. Such a masterpiece should never be forgotten, i miss those days ...golden days truly.
