Okay I reposted this because my opinion was wrong at the time but I'm gonna show you how to get each 5000 punches and kicks within each 38 - 40 minutes. use Starks, the fastest 3 hit combo punches without falling the opponent into the ground and use O.E, the fastest 3 hit combo kicks without falling the opponent into the ground Do this in the rope style area like Stapleton Athletics because you can stun any character into the corner bouncing so many times without falling to the ground. If you don't know about these tips, Let me know your comments. I hope this will help, these tips are made by me.
Hey yo, There are results of time and points are different right there but you need to reach 3.850.000 points or more so here's the result of time using each Starks and O.E Starks = 41 - 43 Minutes to get 5000 punches O.E = 44 - 46 Minutes to get 5000 kicks The results of total time is over 85+ minutes of training for each 5k punches n' kicks, Hell of the endurance right there because I don't have a PC to prove lol but soon I will get in the future to upload.
For the running milestone (The one where you must run for a really long time) You could do the tutorial, when you reach the Blazing tutorial you basically have infinite sprint. Just do the running there and you will get the milestone if my memory is right
So in terms of toughness milestones, you can actually get both of them (4 or 5 close ones & big comeback) the game is just glitched that it only shows one being earned instead of 2 (found that outbfrom one of the modding labrats in the community discord)

Yep! That's right! I thought it wasn't possible until I realized that if you can build charisma still by fighting with Non-CC's then it can work with other stats.
