Part 10 of my series dedicated to showing Steve's parts on the In The Round concert release from the Hysteria tour. The main differences I have learned this time around, compared to how I used to play it (you can find my old cover here • Def Leppard - Foolin' ... ) is how Steve varied the lead part in the pre chorus compared to the album version. Also I think the last arpeggio right at the end is a different chord shape to the album so that was cool to find out. Again I crosschecked the Mountain View performance to check on some of Steve's parts and mannerisms. Trying to find the tempo at the start is a bit tricky too as they seem to waver a little when it's just Steve and Joe... :P
For any new subscribers I have gained in the last couple of years, I used to mainly upload Def Leppard content. From 2011 - 2017, I uploaded covers of pretty much the whole main discography, minus the Yeah! album and a couple of acoustic tracks (You can find here - ru-vid.com.... Looking back, naturally I think every video can be improved on, especially video quality wise. I always find I hear new things over time too and start realising that certain parts can be played differently and maybe more accurately. So I always like the opportunity to correct anything from a video that is numerous years old. Plus, I really love playing this stuff and Steve is one of, if not, my favourite guitarist.
This series will be in addition to my regular uploading too, so if you never enjoyed my Def Leppard stuff, just hang about a couple more days, cheers!
You can check out the rest of this series here - • Steve Clark - Live 'In...
I use a Charvel DK24 (it's purple) into a Boss Me50 into a Palmer Pdi-09 into a Focusrite Scarlett into my computer running Logic Pro X.

My headphones are purposely like that so the cable stays out the way.
I have a Patreon where I upload my notation notes for all my new covers and I am going through my old ones too. But I also provide custom notation and video lessons content there or at my bwmguitarlessons@gmail.com address. Please get in touch if you want help playing the music you love. / bwm5150
