I often watch you when you introduce Japanese musicians, but inevitably your eyes are so beautiful that I neglect to listen to the music. Shane and Micro met at the age of 20 when they were introduced by musicians who knew each other, and they immediately hit it off and wrote this song.

They’re both from Hawaii. Met in high school I believe. Was composed as a farewell song for fellow student as they graduated.
