How to do this :
1. Install Windows, When entering the OOBE setup press CTRL+ALT+F3, It should automaticlly restart windows.
2. When logged in to the Fake Administrator account close the SysPrep window then lock out of the account then boom! You have your defaultuser0 account.

What is defaultuser0? Defaultuser0 is a temporay windows installation account which is used during the OOBE state of Windows Installation Proccess.
Who owns defaultuser0? Simple, There is no owner to this account.
What is the password of defaultuser0? The password for defaultuser0 is unknown because defaultuser0 isn't an account after all, Also you cant even enter your name! It means that that user does not exist in the user folder thus acting like the "Others" account which lets you a pick a username and password, But in this case defaultuser0 only acts like that, But behaves in a diffrent way. It will not accept any username or password inputted to the text box because defaultuser0 does not exist but the others account when observed does actually exist but just is not in the Users root folder.
How to make defaultuser0 accessible? Well its by going to the Administrators Account which if it is disabled then restart your computer then you will automaticlly be logged on to the account, Then go to file explorer then go to This PC right click on it then select "Manage" to open computer management then click Local Users and Groups then Users, You should see defaultuser0 on the account list, However when it shows up in the Local Users and Groups list it doesnt mean it exists. Then right click the defaultuser0 account on the list and select "Set Password" then proceed to the proccess then finally click "OK" then sign out and then your defaultuser0 account will be usable, But you won't get any of the Microsoft-included features because defaultuser0 is of-course an offline account.
