Also, yeah, this is the same instrumental i used from the remix I made, but only with the vocal melodies different.

Fun fact: finale started off as a take on defeat. Inthe description for the official upload of the song, vruzzen said that the documic team asked them to remake defeat to make it better. Vruzzen showed the remake to clowfoe, which vruzzen thought he wouldn't like it. To their surprise, clowfoe liked it, so vruzzen worked with punkeet to make finale.

iirc vruzzen was forced to work with punkett because the crew didn't like the original vocals he would've gladly remaked the vocals but wasn't asked to :/

Finale deserves a remake honestly. It felt abit climatic and didn't felt satisfying. Especially how the cutscenes that were planned weren't there. I was confused what happened after finale until I saw the scrapped cutscenes.

Instrumental at the very beginning sounds like stuff out of old flash games, like games from Miniclip or Nitrome. I really like this remix because of that nostalgic sound, since it's more faithful to the source material than the OG Defeat. Also, 0:51 is super clean (specifically the climax at 0:54 / 0:55, Black has great chromatics).
