John my friend you seem VERY bitter for whatever reason? Looking at your account its clear to me you are also a father (just as i am) would teach your kids to come on the internet to spread foolish, unfounded hate? I hope not and more than likely you don't! Now i don't have to prove myself to anyone, my 20 years in the music industry speaks for itself, but in this instance i thought i would clear a few things up for you. My first ever VINYL turntables i acquired were Soundlab DLP1200 BELT drive turntables. Now clearly you are a vynil man as you mention 1200s (unfortunately untill joining pirate radio in 2003 i wasn't able to afford technics) so you yourself should know, if you can hold a mix on belt drives, mixing on CDJs is a piece of absolute piss (let alone with the bpms on the screen for you) so why the need for the sync button? As for an engineer......i am not an engineer no? Ok, so i must of dreamt running my own studio from the age of 18 recording some of the biggest names in the uk music industry (must of been a really vivid dream) Now i also HATE knob twisting for Knob Twisting sake, so if you think this is "Knob Twisting" my word you need to go check some other djs out because it even winds me up! The reason why i chose to educate you today rather than ignore or block is because i feel as your "Critique" is based on a complete lack of understanding of who i am as an artist.
