What it does is that it adds +2 CP to every enemy Active skill, for example the Sluger cost normally 3CP, with Radio Jamming would cost 5CP, But a video where Gatoride shows it would be nice

Use the epic doctor together with infantry.Use also the common doctor.I will do this.Infantry strategy is the best in this game.But so far Soviets dont have doctors....You can use Katiushas
