How can I be sure you're a “True Christian” and not one of the many imposters? Do you handle snakes and drink poison with no ill effects as written in Mark 16:18?
I’ve seen so many of Sye’s videos and this is the best one by far. You can see his method has refined over the years to get to the point. It’s not about the persons worldview being wrong, it’s about the Bible being right. Proclaim the gospel boldly with mercy and God will do all the rest. Praise God. Please pray for Sye and men and women like him.
@@ZiplineShazam it’s not cowardly. Atheists don’t believe the Bible is true, it would be a useless endeavour that would waste the time of both participants as well as the crowds. I’m sure if it were not in a Debate setting and the person had genuine questions, he would. The setting of a debate, unless it is about the Bible itself, does not allow appropriate time for it. Even in the Q/A section.
@@TheJDough1 No. . . that is incorrect. If someone points out a contradiction in a supposed infallible book then the one defending the book's claims has to defend those claims.
@@ZiplineShazam I disagree based on the setting. Debates are timed and Q/A sessions are usually short. A great part about our day and age is the internet where you can make a couple quick searches to answer the question or better yet, email an expert in whatever field your question is in. Debates, unless specifically on that topic are not the appropriate setting. We disagree, but that’s ok. Have a good day though.
When a genuine believer prays humbly and from the heart to the Almighty God, Creator, Sustainer, and Sovereign of the whole universe, and everything in it, as Sye did at 1:39:55, what should our attitude, our posture, and our actions be? Should we listen attentively, humbly, reverently, and connect with our Almighty God, and with His Son, our Lord and Saviour? OR Is it ok to ignore the prayer, ignore God, and be fully preoccupied with the next step in the proceedings. Especially when the prayer is on your behalf, for you, and for everyone else present?
Since birth and growing into an adult from a childhood Sye had to leverage a learning process from a secular starting point in learning the laws of linguistical logic in order to first understand spoken language and written word........without that process he could not known of any God (no infant is born a theist or aware of any doctrinal claims)......and then upon his reaching a level of exposure to any doctrinal God claims now turns around and says the same process that allowed him to reach that point now claims is invalidated with any truth claims because it had to be borrowed from his theistic based world view. Presupposition claims are pathetic and infantile in their logical grasp just from this illustration alone.
1:24:22 "There's this woman in Pennsylvania I've been training..." In light of revelations about Sye, you have to wonder whether Cheryl is the woman he's been doing more than "training" with.
Matthew 19:12 states, “For there are eunuchs who were born that way from their mother’s womb; and there are eunuchs who were made eunuchs by people; and there are also eunuchs who made themselves eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who is able to accept this [castration], let him accept it.” Were you castrated for Jesus’ sake? If not, when is the surgery scheduled to prove you’re a true Christian? That’s the rule.
@@1689JeffChavez. Have you considered Moses was smoking marijuana as authorized by Genesis 1:29. According to the authors it is brain food. This is a verse judgmental Christians HATE. Not even Leviticus 11 changed that rule.
You tell some cool campfire ghost stories. I especially like the ghost stories about talking snakes, magical dirt men, magical ribs, magical fruit, food falling from the sky, talking donkeys, Noah's magic zoo boat, ghost sex, zombies, magic hair, magical goblins, giants (Bigfoot), Elvis Presley post-death sightings, 900 year old humans, and a man who lived in a fish. You tell those Magic Realm ghost stories so effectively that it got those noobs scared of the Boogeyman!
It's not a random Process, it's an intelligent and Infinitely Spinning Mathematical System Giving Birth to Time, Form and Dimensions, an infinitly spinning self replicating Powerful Expanding toroidal Energy Vortex
It's funny that after all these years, Sye Ten is still peddling is his BS to people with underdeveloped critical thinking skills. It's funny that he mentions his "debates" because in a vast majority of them... he was a laughing stock.
@@curious1053 We don't have to dodge the burden of proof because it's not on us. Else you're dodging the burden of proof for every religion you don't practice.
@@curious1053 The burden of proof is on the people who claim a God exists, sorry but that's just how it is. You make a claim, you need to back up that claim. Christians for the most part are unbelievably delusional it's scary.
Presuppositional apologetics, is a good evidence, but I'm not a huge fan of Sye attacking other Christians to elevate his approach, wonder if sye would debate Craig, or turek???
@@rheclaimer7528 it's pretty clear I've listened to hours and hours of sye. He used to say Giving evidence for God is blasphemous, then he would go hang out with livingwaters knowing Ray given the building builder analogy. So he attacks Christians he can't use to elevate his approach.
@@rheclaimer7528 Yes. Think about it. Someone says "I don't believe in God", what does he do. He shows them they couldn't do science, or have reason with out presupposing God. He shows them they constantly borrow from the christian worldview ect. That's an evidence. Think about it, " you do believe in God , and here's why". Besides that he says in his own words " I'm the ultimate evidentualist" .
@@tsapp2831 i understand what you mean, but what Sye is saying is we should be able to explain our world view as christian in the right way. In the process, the atheist will hopefully realize that he is a fool for believing his world view. How do you explain evidence without using the laws of logic? Think of it this way, A computer will not function without the software for it. You wont be able to use the computer. In the same way, everything would not exist without God who created everything
Why bother you are already convinced God doesn't exist. Faith is a gift from God through the Holy Spirit. It's simply your conscience agrees with him and you wish to suppress it in unrighteousness. He right.
If god is universal, and a universe that includes god exists, than god is now limited to the confinement of a single universe, therefore, god is not all powerful.
If you imply that god exists as a wave function, then he cannot travel backwards and forwards at the same time or he would self annihilate. Therefore god is limited.
@@kramsdrawde8159 Been there, done that. Besides, the logic is what is in question here. Presupposition logic only works on the physical and testable level in order to solidify the foundation on which it is built no matter how elaborate the argument.
Sye loves Trump. Loves him. Sye overlooks the horror and wears the MAGA cap with a big smile on his face, proudly. Trump could look at Sye and berate him, lie to him, steal from his pockets and accuse him of horrible crimes. Sye would reply - "You're amazing. I voted for you...four times."
@@rosiemyers138 We pray for you and all who read this. Also that you get back from absurdity(Psalm 14:1) to reality(Psalm 19:1). You said in your last sentence >>Sye would reply - "...I voted for you...."
