For me its mostly pushing untill its time to neaten it up for collection with a couple pulls.. and if I had to guess I'd say scaffolding is for a lighting upgrade 😂
for me it depends on the scenario. if I'm brushing up lots of mess then push is the way to go but if I have got to make smaller movements to pile up less or smaller bits, pull is the technique for accuracy
Love how everyone is just like me and a mix of pull and push depending on what your sweeping. Who knew it was such a fine art 😂

I've installed RX8 seats in my defender few years ago, and i think it was one of the best upgrades. But switch them to fabric ones, you will get your precious gems if parked in sunny spot, don't ask how i know that :)
@mariacanceriwhy are u commenting on all popular RU-vid channels looking for sympathy and subscribers,, these guys didn't build up a channel for you to come along and look for subs
I've had these seats in my defender for years, super dooper comfy. However you totally loose access to the cubby hole beneath drivers and access to battery box. Only in the last year have I realised that you can take off the seat base in the passenger side, and it lifts off defender style. Just put the front two bolts of the base back in and its easily removable. For the drivers side, i've made a pivot so the seat whole seat rocks back to allow access underneath. Without these two 'hacks' I'd have probably reverted back to standard defender seats as access underneath can be very usefull!
I've done the same on mine ie replaced the four under seat bolts and just use the two at the front ...but I've used bolts with a wing as a replacement. That way you can finger tighten them - no faffing about with a spanner / socket under the seat.
Great video guys. Love the seats, however, I am not sure I could do with the hassle of having to unbolt them every time access to the battery and fuse box is needed. 👍😎
2in by 1in box steel then taper the ends and spray black so looks great . Not sure if you know but you can still remove the base on passenger seat to get to battery box with out having to take seat out. with box 2x1 No need to hit seat with hammer I have done 3 defender this way when fitting rx8 seats plus lifts seat a little higher so will go back more . then wire in heated seats and elec driver movement seat . just like you lads great job rx8 seats in a defender look spot on I think well done
There’s only one way to do “proper job” with a broom and that’s to push it, if you need to change direction then just swing around the pile of crap and push in the other direction. Is the scaffold tower to enable you to install some LED lighting panels? Even though the installation of the seats were a bit of a pain in the ass to do, they look great, I just need to find a set for mine. 😎👍
I always Push the broom. I think you should build an elevated platform to increase your storage. Just use bolts on the uprights so you cam take it with you if you ever move to a larger space. with the cost of wood these days it is best to be able yo take it with you when you go. You guys really need to install better lights Cheers!
Push and pull, it depends. If you’re sweeping up the garage push because it’s easier and quicker. If you’re sweeping anything you can’t make a mess with you pull so it doesn’t splash everywhere 🧠 As for the scaffolding, a roll in for a mini mega ramp 100% 🤙🏼🤙🏼
Got the RX8 seats in mine Well comfier but I’m 6’2 and they’re a bit too high Plus they weigh a tonne which is a pain as I’m constantly having to take the passenger one out to jump start mine as I leave my heated seat on draining the battery I didn’t fit them
