Defending our Islands from Naval Invasions, The Defense of Spearhead | Foxhole WC 112

We just wanted to have a quick adventure in Stema Landing, but we were rudely interrupted by beach invasions every other day. We did our best to defend our islands from these landings, to um.... mixed results. I wonder if that was [WN], the Warden Navy?
All map info is from 3 weeks prior, and since we spoiler alert lost the whole hex, it shouldn't be an intelligence leak, and at the time of posting, the current World Conquest is at 29/32.

Stema was very fun. West Warden gang remains undefeated. I was among the raiders when we took Alchimo Estate. Good war collies! GG

You guys waited till I was in the office to take Spearhead and Alchimio ;_; I heard that there were 2 LONGHOOKS and I was just watching from foxholestats in horror T_T ggwp, looks like next war's gonna be a naval war :D

Well it was really fun, and the greatest QRF I've ever seen :D Sadly I wasn't around for the fall of Spearhead though :(

I wish island hexes were VPs so taking them actually matters I love the larp, but there basically isn't a reason to fight except for very niche purposes (Or memey ones) Great video though, there were some sweet fights in it

Well, Stema mattered in the sense that it left Origin open to attack, though I'm not sure if they would've been able to hold Origin if they did succeed. Them taking Stema was enough to rattle a few of our guys at Origin into fortifying it for a week, and they did try a longhook landing at Origin at least once lol (Then we tried a longhook at Stema and it um.... well Stema stayed blue lol) Edit: I kinda hope that they at least turn Conclave and Fingers into VPs tbh

@@BlueLaminate Good point, it does open up attacks to the mainland But at most island hexes (With the exception of the fingers) large ships can just go around the small islands (Although They can be picked up on intel) I would love to see more content with the naval map

I dont know how I managed to get into the driver seat of the longhook at 4:00 but I swear it was one of the most stressful times driving a large ship ive had

@@BlueLaminate the boat was anchored as too not take holes. So no one was in the driver seat as there can’t be. Once the situation was clearly not going well we unanchored to escape

The islands of Sagitta and Silver would like to have a word with you >:D In all seriousness though, we'd just taken Base Sagitta a day or two before, and that LARP island was QRF'd to hell so we expected.... well, something. Please forgive our enthusiasm HAHAHA. The island you're talking about though, (Flair) ended up being a bit of a meme, it traded hands so many times with next to no resistance. I think its only purpose for us was as an early warning system that the Wardens (usually) went around anyway.

Well... you could always look at foxholestats. Com , you can see the current casualty rates, just go somewhere with big numbers. Or do what I do sometimes, do public logi until someone in world chat screams that they need bodies for an invasion or something lol
