You can bet that the paperwork for the interlocutory appeal is already done. I find the New York Justice system corrupt. It's disgusting what has become of Justice system in the US.

Why wasn't the jury sequestered in this case? Is the judge responsible for that decision? How do such high profile court cases become huge side shows when it seems the law is being manipulated. The total violation of court decorum and respect is appalling. I truly Hope the outcome will be an acquittal or a hung jury.

Why would it go to jury , is there nothing in law that says when the crime is not clear , it can't go to jury . I mean YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO FACE YOUR ACCUSER. If you don't know what crime your being accused of , how can you face your accuser. The judge should say what crime it is and the defence should be able to call experts in to define the crime . Is there no mechanism that the defence can use to force the judge to first name the specific crime and force him to hear testimony defining the crime by experts .
