This championship was so well earned for the Panthers, their road to win was imo the toughest, they've beaten the Lightning (who won back to back cups a couple of years ago), the Boston Bruins (always a tough matchup and their hockey history, Panthers eliminated them two years straight), the Rangers (best team in the NHL), and the Oilers (completely shut down Conor McDavid in the series). From a Panthers fan, respect and love to the Oilers for a great series.

The Panthers made a critical and Superior System adjustment for Game 7 and it proved to be ABSOLUTELY SUFFOCATING for the Oilers and it snuffed their SC Dreams. What the Cats did will remain a Trade Secret.

Hope Ryan puts more effort into learning hockey and trying to get into the sport for real. I feel like football players and hockey players have more in common than Football and Basketball tbh...just would be good to see ESPN put more hockey coverage on if they're going to get historically significant votes so that their employees actually put work into learning the sport to be informed enough to have an opinion. They can say "there's no money in hockey" all they want, but the media coverage is what brings in money, so cover it more and have it bring in money ffs.
