I love all of the talk about accountability and the self-compassion involved. We have to learn to accept ourselves in order to achieve growth. Understand that who you are in the past does not define who you are in the future. You can’t expect your past self to understand all the things that you know now. Accept that you’ve made mistakes, accept that you don’t know what you’re doing and continuously use that knowledge to change and become a better human being. Love and light ✨
