Drove to Sacramento with a couple friends one time to skate Mather Park. Saw Miles and I think he could tell I was fanboying out lol. But he just came up, introduced himself, and gave me the time of day. We talked a little bit, he was super humble and appreciative. He's a real G, glad he's still killing it
I wouldnt say nobody!! as much as i kno alot of ppl dont like him, but whether u ike Nyjah Huston or not, hes the 1 in a generation i would say, as u got another 1 in a generation guy with rodney mullen, nyjahs on another level, His street parts are undeniably the craziest!! But miles is def almost on the same level, just like a luan Oliveira, All the guys with "Ribeiro" whether its the 1st or last name lol, or josin, or yuto, but i guess that realy comes down to opinions doesnt it?! Either way theyre all Crazy Skaters especially the difficulty of the tricks these days is mind blowing!!
Miles makes this thing of ours look easy. His switch game is near flawless and his style is just too perfect. Makes all these complex trick look easy omw I can't even put in words how good his skating is... I watched this with my old man... and he asked m if I can do what his doing, I couldn't help it... I laughed it off and inside I was like no way...
Miles is such a joy to watch esp the uncut stuff like this love watching his process. He doesnt miss tricks he just lands perfect or clean …sketchy aint in his deck
Pushing more while you're already going fast to pop out into a switch back smith down a big set of stairs is the definition of pro. What more could you ask for.
7:32 Miles was in the zone he said I ain't got time to cut this grip tape. I've never seen someone just put a whole sheet of grip tape on a board and skate it without cutting it hahah. He made it work though haha 😂
if i would've known 26 years ago that pro's took 30 tries to land a trick, I would've kept at it, all we saw in the videos were dudes just landing everything
Guys; i agree Miles is one of the slickest skaters out there but there is a brand new video out of 50 min of a Rodney Mullen interview on "Storied" on RU-vid. His passion, depth and views on skateboarding are just amazing. Be sure to check it out!.. Really truly inspiring interview. .
