I relate to this SO HARD. Thank you for this validating reminder. I’ve heard about and resonated with this concept before and then I forget about it and wonder why I find it so hard to cope sometimes. Keep putting out the good info!
I love that you explained that HSP is less about emotions and more to do with the sensory processing. People usually misunderstand this fact. I'm an HPS so I can relate to a lot of what you shared here. ❤
100% understand these emotions! I'm a firm believer that everything has a pro and a con as well and learning how to handle being a sensitive person to empower ourselves is KEY. Thank you for this!! (I also love your background🤗)
This was fascinating -- I'm an HSP but haven't heard it explained this way before! I've been wondering why it feels like I process things differently to others and now it makes so much sense. Thanks for a fantastic video!
This was super insightful - I (Steph) am definitely a sensitive person - I've learned how to channel it over time, but it's hard to understand sometimes! Thanks for sharing this 💛
I don't think I'm an HSP, but I do think that when I was younger I was more like this. I think that so much has happened in my life that has made me try really hard not to be sensitive.
Definitely resonated with your video! I am also a very empathetic person. There are definitely more pros than cons but being aware of when we can be misunderstood is so important
Thank you so much for sharing DOES with us and for affirming that being a Highly Sensitive Person is a valuable personality type. I got a lot of flak for being sensitive as a kid but it turns out that my sensitivity makes me really good at my job! I am happy to know that I am part of a small but mighty population! It is wonderful to know that I am not alone. Although I do really like my time along LOL!
Thanks for the awesome video! I have a few people very near and dear to my heart who fit this personality type, and I loved getting an insight into the way they function :)
Wow. I never even knew about this concept. I would admit I definitely have aspects I could work on. thanks so much for providing more insight on this! subscribed! :)
This video makes me wanna share a few things When i was little I was so scared of becoming deaf or lose my hearing ability because that will make me feel unsafe. But as I grow up I started to sometime wish I can just not hear anything for a while. Like if I have a button that I can switch my hearing on and off. I am always so alert and stimulated by surrounding sounds it's tiring. I also cannot answering phone while standing on a busy street because all the noise. The only place I can recieve and make a phonecall is in a quiet room.
