We use this video to introduce Choose Creativity and the 10 Principles at our Professional Development workshops. Educators at our workshops learn to help kids understand the depth of what it means to be creative and to Choose Creativity. Kids working with the Choose Creativity curriculum learn that they have the power to make a difference in their world using their unique experiences, thoughts and ideas.
On the path through the worst thing imaginable, we relied on our creativity. It gave us the power to respond to the ugliest moments in an organic, constructive way. It helped us nurture and grow our relationship and raise our kids. It showed us that we could create and build beautiful things from the devastation.
