sir you said evidence as to character is a relevant fact but in section 52 it is written that " fact pertaining to the character of an individual is not relevant". Can you please explain this

I think he means that by speaking we can testify or give evidence through speaking - since the facts lead to evidence that can be used in front of a judicial discretion in court
