@@ScottXC91 Hi. It was before 95. On Dec 27, 1990 they played a show at The Guild Theater with 4 other bands under the name of "The Deftones". So yeah, they were known for a time as "The Deftones". Doesn't matter though.
I thought he sounded great in this concert. The whole band's performance was incredible IMO. I agree sometimes he doesn't sound great live - but this wasn't one of those times - give it another listen. A-W-E-S-O-M-E. Besides it would be tough to sing like Chino does for 17 years and still be able to talk normally, let alone scream the way he used to.
I swear Chino screams like a beast. his voice fills me with this kind of murderous yet fullfilling feeling. LOVE Deftones. I live in SF so guess whoose going to their Warfield concert on June 13th??? THIS CHICK!!!!!!!
Speak, speak you're so bad to me.I DON'T WANY TO GET DRESSED OVER ANYWAY.COME ON HAVE SOME FUN. YOU'RE A LAIR AND I DON'Y CARE ABOUT IT. Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan....I'm just fall in love with those line.
I got a portable cd player 25 years ago. This album fucked up the spinning mechanism after 7 months due to almost non-stop playing (cost me a small fortune as a student buying batteries every other day). The cd also had lots of scratches due to the playback abuse I did.
I've seen them in concert and chino was much better than this even though this isn't bad. Their music is the type that is hard to get right if not listening to the cd. Very good concert!
