That album is the best thing I heard regarding production. Try listening any album from a different band and listen to Diamond Eyes right after. No comparison.

I’ve never been able to hear a difference audio-wise until this video, but as far as Abe’s fills go, putting the high tom to the right of a lower tom has a very great and interesting effect. Love it

no screw up here, Abe does it a lot. Listen to them play swerve city live, same thing. Everyones used to music being matched to a grid these days. Tempo changes are good - embrace them!

So what? Playing for deftones is supposed to be the peak of musical excellence now? First off playing bass is cake in most situations. Singing isn't and he can't do it imo.
