One of the only male singers who's more ridiculous that I know of is Dimash Kudaibergen. His quality and vocal control is nearly flawless, and he has both a massive range AND massive technical prowess, and has degrees in multiple kinds of singing. Most people start with his cover of "SOS" but really anything he does is incredible. My own personal favorites include Sinful Passion, Show Must Go On, Hello, Adagio, and the Diva Dance (Bastau version, although Confessa+Diva Dance is also very good)

There have been many established Broadway stars who have played the role of Elphaba but out of all the clips I've watched, NONE of them goes for that last high note. If you're not familiar with "Wicked", it's the Wizard of Oz story told from the viewpoints of two students of magic who become the Wicked Witch of the West and Good Witch of the North in "Wizard of Oz". Mitch is Elphaba (the wicked witch) and Scott is Glinda (the good witch). This is the point where their paths diverged. Mitch absolutely nailed it. The kid deserves a shot at a role on Broadway someday.
If you get bold and decide to do PTX's "Aha", Singapore Star Vista, the FIRST thing you need to know is that Kevin is there. The video starts with just the four singers on the stage. Kevin is putting his cello away from the previous performance. He comes in right after the Christus Factus opening. You'll see the trio move to the left of the stage (toward Avi) while Avi is singing. They're making room for Kevin. However, the camera never actually pans to include Kevin.

Scott has an excellent falsetto, but if you really want to hear a truly awesome high note from Mitch, you NEED to watch their cover of "Dance of the Sugar Plumb Fairy"!!! As in; NEED, NEED, NEED TO!!!
Just as a reference, the original Broadway singers for these roles were Idina Menzel as Elphaba (Mitch) and Kristen Chenoweth as Galinda (Scott). Both women have ridiculously powerful voices and amazing careers on both stage and screen and would need an entire room to hold all of the awards they have either earned or should have been given.

This is one of my favorite Superfruit videos. I'm so glad you mentioned Scott because he's not a tenor. His range is just stupid crazy diverse. I love how much Mitch gets into this and as some have mentioned, with him it not just that he goes high, he has such a beautiful tone getting there. Definitely go to a PTX concert, and *Definitely* do VIP when you do! I did so in December '19 and it was the best concert experience of my life! To actually get to meet them (and have my picture taken with them) remains one of the biggest thrills I have ever had. I was going to do the same thing with Avi, but Corona postponed that concert...however, when it is rescheduled I will be there!!!

So no Aha! For you. Such a pitty. The special thing about mitch isn't just his highs, he also has a beautiful low register. But the difference to 99.9% of the other singers is his ability to absolutely control his voice. Besides he is just a wonderful human being in any way. - think you'd like imaginary parties and vacation.

The first is a boy invited to sing Frozen by Idina the Broadway Star, he shows personality and the boy can sing.
