Arthur develops a huge crush on Caitlin - and it looks like he might even have a chance, since she doesn't seem to be all that close to Joey any more. He dreams of romance and candlelight dinners - how come he always gets interrupted just when he gets to the good part? It looks like it might finally be Kathleen's turn for romance, too. And the guy's in at least Grade Eleven!

Such an underrated episode. It's also Arthur's last big episode. And it's just so real and relatable. I like how Arthur reacts to Caitlin's rejection. You can see the hurt, but there are no melodramatic fireworks.

The one thing i hate about the old degrassi is that it never explains break ups. on the fandom wiki it says snake and melanie broke up before degrassi high. THEY WERE MY FAVORITE COUPLE. ARGHH

They weren't a couple, they just went on a couple dates. And the actress who played Melanie was being stalked and had to hide, so she had to leave abruptly. They didn't have time to film a break-up scene.

I love Arthur's dreams..They are hilarious.Joey cannot speak ,Yick is the waiter at the candlelight dinner,they drink Coke and just before the kiss..The alarm rings or the dog is starting to bark ..Lol! "I never get to the good part".I laugh every time i watch this episode.Poor Arthur.He 's just in the friendzone.And jean Luc Godard 's question is so funny."Does he go to Degrassi?"Imao!

Nothing is wrong with her! Most of teenage girls fall for guys who care about them even with a few looks. That's pretty usual. Girls the age of Katleen are quickly excited when a guy pays attention to them and she desperately needs love and attention.
