When it comes to Tibetan, Chinese and Thai food in Dehradun, Khalsang restaurant's name tops the chart. The place is famous not just for the food but also for its colourful vibe. During our recent visit to the place we had tried a scrumptious Tibetan spread consisting of tingmo, chicken shapta, devils momo and sa phaley.
