Deions entire football career is based off of natural talent he was born with. He didn't work hard for those talents. He was born with them. Coach has forgotten more football then Deion will ever know. Coaches are different then players. That's why coach Prime is failing at building a team. Sure he can recruit because of all the dummies on social media that would kill for clout. But what happens when they get there? They underachieve. So get ready for more of the same.

Coach JB himself said he respects Coaches that have PLAYED the sport. Deion may have been born with it, as well as Michael Jordan, and others had to work their asses off to get to the level they made it too. Being born with talent isn't enough. JB your old enough but most of this audience is not! Remember a Bronx tale when Sonny was talking to Lorenzo about C and he was saying I treat him right I tell him go to school get an education! Lorenzo says it doesn’t matter you say it’s what he sees the flash, the cash etc… I believe Deion probably has a hard time between being Coach Sanders and Coach Prime but it’s hard to talk discipline and structure when you also let players practice undisciplined and speak out of pocket. Consistency in practice/message and professional culture is the foundation of a disciplined team.

We need a change across the board for student athletes. Make scholarships and money received from collectives/NIL conditional upon maintaining a 3.0 GPA or better. Education needs to be the primary reason why they are at a college. Guaranteed these players will be hitting the portal as CP will replace you if you don’t meet his standards.
