My coach left after my freshman year of college back in 04. That’s why I tell kids, when you are picking a school, never base your commitment decision on the coach.
What should they base it on then? Isnt the athletic program a direct reflection of the head coach? If the kids is actually interested in academics that's one thing but most of them are not.
I feel for those young men who were highly recruited by other colleges, yet chose to attend JSU under Deion Sanders. They bought into his coaching them throughout their college career playing football for JSU! I wish him the best in his future endeavors. But, my heart truly goes out to those young men and I wish them much success.
Deion's performance as a coach placed lots of pressure on other coaches to be better for their teams. Most of his students are better because of his standards. God bless him.
I love that he’s telling his now former players “you see your opportunity, you go for it.” People like to criticize players for transferring just as much as coaches get criticized for taking a better job.
If all the good players leave from JSU what was the whole point of him going to the program and preaching about God told him to go and he was going to change things what he changed? That new stadium aint gon be filled now and maintenance aint going to be cheap!
@@Juan_deep right, and I get that. But the narrative typically criticizes people for taking a better opportunity. Whether it ruins JSU post Prime remains to be seen.
@@Juan_deep baby baby now I go to JSU girl it be the same ppl who ain’t never donate to help an hbcu or jsu talk down on a guy who changed our whole school. You don’t even understand how amazing this year was in school just the football team winning and the media we got made eveyeone happy but in JSU their always was talks of admin having too much control of the schools money and not doing anything with it. Mind you every single game was sold out but the tickets and the number of ppl didn’t match. Man in homecoming and college game day it was reported that in those 3 games they should have made over 19 million in economic impact!!!! In 2021 Jackson state football team generate 30 million for the city !!! Record breaking and that was last year imagine this year!!!!! Each swac championship they made 8 million! Back to back champions . The 4 home games this year made 16.2 million !! Many local business saw a huge economic change to their revenue and city. Where is all this money and baby this all reported and true go search it up . Their was a whole local article in school that eveyeone read that said Deion was supposed to get a 10% cut after they reach 30,000 or some but he never got it reported but the school always kept shouting every game this is our “10 consecutive sell out” like a good football team brings in so much money for a school and city and trust me baby Deion brought millions upon millions girl he changed our dusty dirty water fountain drink that the school was telling us that they were going to change for years. He put his team staff and their families in hotels for days when the city had dirty water. He asked pay for his staff cuz the school were low balling them and admin wasn’t trying to do that. They were stingy asf with the money but they never showed us where the money went but they wanna get new cars chillleeeeee. Come on now we been asking for parking spots for students long before Deion was here and they said they had no funds but now that Deion is bringing in funds we kept asking them and they kept saying they don’t have any trust me they do they mishandled the money and it was talks around the school months before . Also alums never really donated and kept depending on Deion to do eveuthing this man brought sponsors to literally pay for everything . Deion wanted the school to help him get suits for each kid they denied so what he do he used his realtionship with Michael strahan and got a suit for each kid on game day . He helped bring espn to hbcu with a 10 year 120 million dollar deal come on. He used his realtionship with American Airlines to get private flights to each game they needed to flight in a normal college the school pays for these things not the coach especially when the coach was on a 300k salary and half of that was to the practice field , football field , new facility , new locker room, conference , and the boys and girls basketball team got a new locker room. I swear I’m a senior now when I tell you freshmen year the school kept saying they were going to make a new field they never did but kept asking for donations and kept getting it but nothing to show for it when Deion came he made ts happen in a snap of a finger that was not a good look. His sons cars were constantly broken into I mean constantly they were targeted by ppl who knew that they were their cars and JSU did nothing to investigate and let it go on and it’s always been a problem but they never address it. Do you know what other college team had more uniforms then JSU this year Oregon ducks!!! A piwer 5! He gave them kids new threads weekly with their last name on their back so their families can be proud they never had that before at most of these colleges they play for the name on the front and don’t want you to get fame from the name on the back but Deion ain’t care. He used his realtionship and got a sponsor from under armoir for them jerseys. He gave my cousin a second chance to play for the team after the school wanted to drop him cuz or his grades but they didn’t know he was struggling because his father was in the hospital my uncle but Deion did and vouched for him and they still were hating but he didn’t stop. I’m telling you the school got way too comfortable and thought Deion needed them and said way too many NO then YES. The bare minimum of him asking for his staff to get paid and they denied so he had to pay some from his pocket and ppl wonder why most of his staff came with him because they finally abiut to get paid what they worth. He changed all those guys lives. He brought the #1 recruit Travis hunter . He brought a 4 star Kevin Coleman . His son had offers to play for alabama, usc, Oklahoma etc but came to JSU. Back to back swac champions 27-5 overall record . Got the team sponsors from barstool , under armoir , overtime , American Airlines , afleck, . Deion brought a new celebrity each game they came and showed love cuz of Deion no one else. He used his realtionship to get what he wanted because he couldn’t do anything he wanted at JSU he was limited especially with a school that was playing odd. The last home game of the year instead of JSU doing a tribute for him like they’ve done for all coaches even when they were terrible they literally sang a goodbye song and were disrespectful asf “ Go ahead and leave then “. Maybe if every black American actually donated and help hbcus they would be more than enough help and admins were checked yearly how they spend their money we would be good. Deion brought in millions honey I’m telling you a good program changes everything but when the admin can’t show where they put the money it gets fishy and weird especially when ppl who never see money like that don’t know how to handle it and that’s always been a problem for multiple hbcus admins showing nothing of where the money goes. Even with the city money that Deion brought in they used that to clean roads , construction, clean water for certain areas etc Jackson state made more money this last 2 years from a
Not what I heard. He said he is leaving because you are either "elevated or terminated", so he took another job. Then the very next sentence he is telling the players "don't start thinking there is something better on the other side". He is doing exactly what he told his players not to do. This was only his 3rd season with this team, they won the title twice. He was in no danger what so ever of losing his coaching position, if anything, they were about to give him a raise to keep him there. He just decided it looked better on the other side, plain and simple.
The hard part for me, as a former player, is when you hear a coach repeatedly say "buy in" or "trust" the process/system. As soon as they get something better, they dip out. But they don't want you to do the same. I'm glad that he got his team to play hard and didn't sandbag games like Herman did before he left Houston, Freeze with Liberty and so many other coaches. I feel for those kids.
Man he came in and done probably more than what most people thought. We got freshman hitting the portal without giving the school a shot, where do they learn that from?
He would have been a fool not to take the Colorado job. There are very few environments in college football like Folsom Field. Gen Z doesn't understand it, but Colorado is not long removed from being an elite football program. Keyshawn Johnson said that Deion should take the job because he wants the Buffaloes to get back to how good they were under Bill McCartney. Deion will not only be able to bring in the best football players in the Southwest to the Boulder, but he'll have the complete support of the University of Colorado to use as many financial resources as he needs to turn the program around.
Exactly dude was talking a whole lotta bullsht like if you just there to get experience then say that don’t be saying sht like you there to really change hbcu’s foh
Not what I heard at all. He pretty much told them he's taking off for the money but told the players don't go thinking there is something better on the other side, which is what he did.
My heart aches for the loss to the state, city, neighborhood, school, students, players and staff!! My prayers are with everyone including Coach and his family!! KEEP THE MOMENTUM JSU!!
The momentum is gone. He used Black people…the Black college system…to gain his own advancement. I cannot believe you all do not see that. They all go back to being irrelevant. JSU and the HBCU system go back to irrelevance. He just told EVERY TOP BLACK ATHLETE THAT THE WHITE SCHOOLS ARE BETTER. This man is a disgrace.

He still told them to do what he's saying and not what he's doing. How do you tell your team you are leaving for a better offer and then tell them to not go looking on the other side for something better? Totally hypocritical.
I am a Career Coach at an HBCU and Coach Prime has inspired me do even better by our students. Not every student athlete is going to be a professional athlete, and even then there is life after sports. I respect Coach Prime for making a tough decision and being open with his players. There is a part of me that wants him to continue at JSU but he stated that he is being called for other things beyond this university. The microscope is going to continue to be on him but I believe he will rise to the challenge. Either way, I wish JSU and Coach Prime the best.
Yeah that Bag is calling 😂😂😂. It was always about the Prime brand. I mean his SON is the Qb for crying out loud. And his son was who he hyped up to be considered for Heisman. He had to argue his way into the convo instead of letting his sons GAME talk like every other player. Now he’s going to a D1 and guess who’s coming with him? His son. What’s he gonna say to the 5 star commit that believed in the vision and went to JSU over a big name school like BAMA? This is a disaster. He’s cutting ties because of a financial failure that happened at JSU with his name on it. A LEARNING program that went belly up.
Sell out!!!! Thought what Coach was doing at Jackson state was bigger then football! Just like Jay z when he sold his company after he told us to buy it because it was black owned.. Then he goes to the high schools. He's pretty much told the existing CO players to get into the portal. He's already announced Sheduer as the starter, and the only reason why Travis Hunter went to J-State was because of Prime. So we'll definitely lose those 2. I'm with you though. Huge props to Prime for facing this and telling his team himself. I have worked in college football, and this is very rare, usually the coach dips out and the kids find out through the media which isn't fair.

I honestly ever recalled the Coach saying he was going to stay at Jackson do or die. He clearly stated early if a better posiiton came up he may consider it. That being said he did exactly what he was suppose to do. He put a spotlight on HBCU's and brought his team a championship. It is up to the rest of the HBCU's to pick up the torch and keep going forward. Ultimately I truly believe Prime is gearing up for a professional football team coaching position and those T's can't be crossed until he builds up a serious resume. I wish him nothing but the best, he has done his job.
Yes, well we all forget Prime was a high school offensive coordinator prior to this. Never coached in college or pros. So he and the school helped each other, they gave him the opportunity to lead his first major program and in return he changed everything. However in truth, he got too big for JSU. There wasnt enough money, too many big names, too many 5 star athletes and not enough competition at that level of competition. Its like high schoolers playing Junior High students. All these hurdles, couldnt play in bowl games against FBS, couldnt play other tougher FCS opponents or compete fir that championship, just far too many hurdles to expand and do more. He got too big for the SWAC..period.
@@clharris7211 I agree, he did everything he could do at this INSTITUTION including remodeling areas to make them look like a college campus, he researched all the right questions when it came to the schools athletic revenues, got Under Armour involved with the equipment and revenue. Thanks Coach prime for help bringing JSU back to championship status. Last time they were this great was my junior year in 2007. I hope the next coach will bring the same success as you. Wish you the best at Colorado
Coaches, mentors, leaders you look up to are so essential in life. I remember when I and a large group of teenagers had a leader leaving and we were devastated. Like real bad we had parents come talk to us in groups to console us. I didn't understand but a woman with great wisdom told me, it's not about the leader. It's about what you take from them that they taught you and apply that to your life moving forward. That has stayed with me since then. They are here to teach you and it's up to you if you'll continue to put in the work yourself and not only rely on leadership. I don't watch football like that & don't know anything about Deion or these teams but since this been everywhere I just thought about that moment in my life. I can relate to these players. Keep going guys just like young man at 10:50 said.
This was always the hardest part of the business in any sport but it's major in team sports like this, the ability to give your all for one man's vision and the men who share that same feeling as you to have it shift either by firing or this case moving on...the next steps show the character of everyone involved. I wish coach the best at CU and these men the best in their lives as athletes and students going forward.

I respect him talking to them face to face and finishing the season with them, and for being transparent and teaching them integrity and how to make the right decision even when it’s a tough decision to make. A lot can be learned from this, not just the young men in that locker room but grown men coaches all around college sports.
I played Division II college football in the early 1980s and went through a coaching change my sophomore year. It was at that point when I got my wake up call about why I was really there. The new coach told us he was going run the team like a business and we were just like products on a store shelf. He said he would get rid of anyone that wasn’t producing. There was no warm and fuzzy feelings there. He made it clear he was there to win football games because that’s how he fed his family. The painful reality is he was right. He didn’t care about having a close personal connection with his players. It’s a business for college coaches unlike most high school coaches. I’m also a retired high school football coach of 35yrs with 25 as a head coach. I had players play on every college division level with a very few playing in the NFL. I told everyone of them before they signed their athletic scholarship that they were going to college to get a college education for a career first not the NFL. One was lucky enough to play 11yrs in the NFL and coaches in the NFL today. The rest only played one or two years. So with that said every 4 star and 5 star high school football player will not have a NFL future. When Coach Prime signed a high school player to play football at Jackson State that kid had already won. He was giving that young man an opportunity to get a college education to have a career beyond playing football and to help his family. Coach Prime has lived up to his end of the deal by giving these young men the opportunity at a better life through paying for school with a athletic scholarship. Most forget when it comes to education the laws of physics are the same at Jackson State and any Division I or I AA school. Education is first not football. Coach Prime thanks for raising the bar and reminding people that HBCUs play good football . I think Coach Sanders has done more to help these young black men than he will ever know by making being a head football coach cool. The next Eddie Robinson may be watching him and deciding right now he wants to be a successful head football coach at a HBCU.
Great inside from the PoV from a coach but I feel like he made it personal and mentored those kids because of who they were and their individual circumstances. If you pay attention to this channel he was settin' them up for success OUTSIDE of football as you dabbled in. But even better than education he was giving them LIFE lessons. That's infinitely more important than football and education. Nothing matters in this life when you pass. It's about setting yourself up for the NEXT life. So my only greivance is how he stepped up as that mentor-father figure for some and now he's out. I felt like his role in mentorship was better than his role as a coach. I personally felt like that was his TRUE calling at JSU. Maybe his time is up? Only God can say but I just hope none of the kids misinterprets this. Hopefully, they take him up on the offer on the personal conversation. I'm divided on this because I wish him well but at the same time if I was a young man and he did this I'd be torn. He didn't even stay for the length of his entire contract. And it's crazy to me how we're suppose to abide by contracts but I guess it doesn't matter in Sports? Just pay the penalty and go on about your day?
Great post. My question though is the middle ground between education and what’s best for the student-athlete’s future vs. when that conflicts with short term gain And best interests of the coach? I know for a fact in most cases, the latter is Overwhelmingly prioritized! Smdh coaches recruiting these kids and then encouraging the majority to take weaker majors & classes to not conflict with or complicate football schedules for practice, weight training, film study, mandatory meetings. Discouraging downtime, social activities beyond team functions and campus events available to the average students. Encouraging them to sacrifice any pursuits literally best for personal career development beyond their college football careers. I’ve seen this up close for myself AND gained direct insight from players across P5 conferences. So the concept of coaches using players as disposable pieces for their own personal gain isn’t respectable nor innocent when the house always tips in favor of itself and at the expense of essentially exploiting student athletes most of whom don’t even get the full value of the education you say is first priority for them
Covid/2020 taught me that tomorrow is not promised. Also, Jackson State University was left as good as it could have been left. If the program dropped off the map like any program can with a great infrastructure people would be like he has fallen off. Now to infrastructure, Jackson has a clean water crisis that has been going on for years and years and received funding 1.8 Billion dollars 💵 and it wasn’t fixed. Mississippi has the highest poverty rate in the U.S. According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, 19.6 percent of Mississippians live below the poverty line. These are two major factors. And Deion has a Coaching Staff that he hired and has to think about also. He has done a lot for the JSU FOOTBALL PROGRAM in a short time. I appreciation all your hard work and much respect to you Coach Prime. To God Be The Glory.
Coach prime, if you see or hear about this post, I’m from Tupelo, Ms Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for All the HBCU in putting them back on the map, especially JSU. I’ve watched you play football when I was a kid, and always wanted to see you play, but never in my life attended an NFL game. May God bless and keep you. Much love Coach.
Congratulations!!! You answered the call for whatever apppointed time that was needed. This should not be detrimental to the program if he has a strong team left. One man doesn't determine anyone's future. I hope they listen and not jump in the portal. Sometimes you have to grow where you're planted. JSU will always be JSU stay the course. Your destiny is never up to any man. Stay encouraged. Greatness doesn't disappear because someone decides to leave. BELIEVE In your talents. 💪🏿
Watching the tour of the CU facility reminds me of the opening words of the classic Charles Dickens novel, _A Tale of Two Cities._ "It was the best of times; it was the worse of times." There are quite a few parallels. I am first reminded of the jubilation experienced by the JSU family when Coach Prime arrived in Jackson and gave his inaugural speech. There was a cheering section then, and there is a cheering section at CU. While the cheers at CU are just beginning, those that once rang out on the campus of JSU have now gone silent. It was the best of times; it was the worst times. When the people of Boulder look at their recent football history, this hire makes them smile with joy. When the people of Jackson look at their recent football history this hire makes them frown with grief. It was the best of times; it was the worst of times. For me personally, I was reflecting on the upgrades to the JSU locker room, practice field, uniforms, etc, which were indeed a blessing. But then I remembered what CU had to offer in those same areas, and I had a sobering but frightening revelation. It really put everything into perspective. It showed just how far behind the curve that HBCUs really are. And it makes you wonder if there is really hope that the proverbial playing field will ever be leveled. It was the best of times; it was the worst of times.
Coach Prime brought j-state 2 rings & national attention to SWAC. HBCU's haven't had this much attention since the 90's w/ Cosby's A Different World, Lee's School Days, East Coast Rappers and BET pre-Viacom. Thanks for memories & CONGRATS Coach Prime! #WeComing #GoBuffs Happy yall in the PAC12. Hope to see yall in the CFP. 🗣#GoBlue 〽🏈
This is so sad. I am almost in tears. I feel so bad for these young men. I really feel bad for the young man in the green hat! He looks like someone told him that his mom passed away! He looks totally devastated and like his whole world is over. Thanks PRIMETIME for everything that you instilled in these fine young men. I also understand you listening to the voice of GOD and moving when GOD tells you to do so! Obviously, you understood the assignment and your assignments at JSU are complete! Being a graduate of an HBCU; I love everything that you did to shine the spotlight on HBCU Athletics! You created the template for other Black athletes to follow!!! I have nothing but love for you PRIMETIME!💜💕❤️
Selfish, all about himself always have been, I'm not watching him coach nothing else, pray for them young men, they been deceived from him running his mouth
@@yo-vr1yf do you watch college football at all? Because most power 5 coaches have done the same thing. LSU, ALABAMA, USC, OLE MISS, MICHIGAN STATE, (the list goes on) have head coaches who left their previous program after one year or before the season was over.

Prime did JSU the greatest honor at the head coaching position ever. Perfect season and revived a HBCU program.. Business is Business gentleman. Prime love y'all he said everything perfectly. Either you move up or get moved out. 🏈👑🙏🏼
Telling players not to enter the transfer portal while leaving is insane. I don’t pray for others downfall but I will say I hope JSU flourish & that’s it.
Exactly! I would've walked tf out and said I'm going into the portal. Straight up lied to them kids . They passed up some major colleges for that school
Not to go in the portal is right because half of them will just sit there. Let's be honest....yes there's some players that are a D1 talent but not most of them and just because there're good on a SWAC team they probably wouldn't get a scholarship for a D1 team and as a coach Prime knows that...as for him leaving yall do this happens on all levels of college football without an explanation (nick saban did it twice)....yes it's bitter sweet but if the rumor is true not one of yall would pass up making 5mill if you're only making 4 hundred thousand...
it is so fascinating to see Deion Sanders to reach such high level of competence. I am 62 yers old and watched him play for several teams in NFL and his ego fighting for football. Gentleman has gone thru incredible self-renewal. the young men need to look up to him regardless you are black or whatever your skin color is. Just watch his humility, humanity, grace and his reasonableness in talking to you. it is so up-lifting. Just look at his contemporaries, where they end up and where Deion Sanders is now. Dear Deion Sanders, I wholeheartedly which you success and I will be rooting for you what you are going to do with CU Football Coach.
Every team needs a real and transparent coach like this. He'll be successful anywhere he goes. HS to D1. Crazy💯 He never promised he would stay at JSU he never ever ever said he would stay. This is his life. At the end of the day he's able to impact more people. More life's on a bigger scale. He gave them exposure, they won a championship, undefeated season, they had the opportunity of a lifetime if they didn't use it to their full ability that's on them. The 5 star true freshman did. He did what he needed to do. That's why he's going to Colorado with him because he's a dawg. Deion knows. And he's going to get him and many kids to the next level and help in many ways. He's trying to build MEN in many areas and he's doing so. He cares about the parents, grades, students, etc.... he served his purpose at that school. No coach in HBCU history brought the exposure that he did to a school. And got the #1 recruit and a 5 star to go to an hbcu..... he made history they made history they documented everything for them they will live in history... now he's about to do what he needs to do at the next level help people many people at a bigger place which means more lives are touched.. yall really think this is about football for one school? Na.. this is bigger than football this is about helping people in life and touching them through football/sports. He's done it as a player now as a coach. It's about helping people. Not the game. Helping more people.
Don't agree at all. I think it is totally hypocritical that he told them to do what he's saying and not what he's doing. How do you tell your team you are leaving for a better offer and then tell them to not go looking on the other side for something better? Bunch of BS thrown at these players again, first to get them there, now to try and keep them from leaving.
Not sure the young man name that spoke to his teammates to say be there for him but that speech shows growth of that program and it was inspiring. I hope they make the right decision and continue to grow.
I can tell that JSU’ athletic director, Ashley, isn’t happy about Deion leaving. He’s trying to look emotionless, but I can still tell he’s not happy about this.
I went through this as a player and it’s hard knowing how much he meant to the players a lot of us never had father figures and sports was that way to get discipline and u build that commodore it’s hurt felt and it leaves u lost but also builds character I hope he follow through with those men
And like everyone else he came in and white folks offered him something because they was scared of what he was building there. Don’t care what nobody says he just like the rest, they don’t care about these kids. Money thrown they way, they bounce…
Well he is just all the fathers that these players never had, he went to get bread at the store and never came home, dude is a fraud and always will be a fraud
What's even harder to recognize is that your mamas are to blame for the fathers not being around. Either they was too stupid to choose well or they ran their men off by their funky attitudes.
@@Nonpeon Y’all don’t want to be fathers because you don’t know how! You more than likely didn’t grow up with one either so you blame women instead of manning up and taking care of your kids! Any man who blames not having a relationship with his kids on the mom is a coward! Y’all be living in the same city as your kids and ain’t seen them in MONTHS! If you cared you’d be in court fighting to see them but you don’t…….especially you grown ass men with grown kids who STILL don’t have relationships with they kids. Whose holding you back now?
Exactly, he couldn’t even fulfill his contract which only had a year left. I’m not even mad he’s leaving. It’s the way he’s going about it. He told the boys to not think that the grass is greener on the other side, yet he clearly does because he keeps talking about how this is about “elevation”. This man has this planned out. Travis Hunter announced he’s going to Colorado. That is not a coincidence. Deion been knew what he was gonna do and which players he was gonna take with him. I feel sorry for those boys as you can see the defeat and heartbreak on their faces. They just won championship and can’t even celebrate because all the attention is on Deion and Colorado.
I hate that he's leaving 😒. I understand why he's leaving, but my heart breaks for these boys who really only came to JSU because of him and his mission. But it is what it is 🤷. Nothing in life lasts forever, especially coaches. I wish him well and I wish these boys well on whatever their journey is after this. 🙏
i wish i would have had a leader like Deion in my life when I was a young man. I hope these young men appreciate the opportunity they've had to learn and grow under Coach Sanders.
Not what they will remember at all after this. I think it is totally hypocritical that he told them to do what he's saying and not what he's doing. How do you tell your team you are leaving for a better offer and then tell them to not go looking on the other side for something better? Bunch of BS thrown at these players again, first to get them there, now to try and keep them from leaving.

What Coach Prime did at JSU is simply amazing in his tenure there. Colorado is getting a gem! Auburn messed up not getting him. All the best to JSU and Coach Prime in the coming years.
So sad to see prime leave JSU, the plan was to get the student athletes to buy into his program and move on to the next program who would offer more money. As a former athlete, i never trusted any coach or athletic director in deciding my fate. I always were aware of their position in life, to take care of their family first and to move on to glory. Players never be loyal to any university or coaching staff, take care of yourself and family, sport is a business. As i said 40 years ago to my coach, athletes are being prostituted by the system and put out to pasture, and another athlete is there to take your place. This is unfortunate, however i continue to believe this as of 2022. Athletes please get your degree, sports is a short term event, unless you're Blessed to play long term, however, everyone will retire from the game at some point in this adventure. Ask kobe, Ray Allen etc.... the game don't last forever, but the degree can take you places that you never experience before in your life!!!
I wish you well Coach Prime. Your legacy at JSU will never be forgotten and hopefully the next man up will continue to lead and inspire the next generation of black men like you did.
Am I missing something, I thought he said he wasn't leaving at least not this soon, imagine the kids he recruited last year that could have went to bigger schools like Travis Hunter to be taught by Deion, and after two years he's gone. Seems kind of unfair to those kids.
Damn..he been there 3 years, how long do you want him to stay, in that line of work all coaches want to move up and do better for their self and family. WTFU BRUH.
