I work for INDIAN railway. Mere station me ek ENQUIRY BOOTH khol k rakha hai 3 saal se, par koi use nahi karta uska, 3saal pehle bio toilet banaya lekin aaj tak use khola nahi gaya, aur 15 din pehle ek LOCAL ONE STORE ONE SHOP khola par uska jo condition rakha gaya wo dekh use koi nahi lene wala... Someone plz help me uncover such corruption
If you calculate in every train, 100s of different passengers are cheated like this every day. Where this money go? I refuse to believe these managers and workers are the only receivers, some one at the top in railways is clearly getting the cut.

Nice to see somebody taking up a passenger interest issue on India's trains . Passengers of trains taken for a cheap ride in the name of passenger service. जो काम रेलवे के वीजीलेंस को करनी चाहिए थी वो काम एक यु टुयूबर को करना पड़ रहा है, कितने शर्म की बात है, भारतीय रेलवे के हर ट्रेनों में यात्रियों से कैटरिंग वाले इसी तरह से लुटने का काम किया करते है परंतु कोई देखने वाला नहीं होता है, हालांकि ज्यादातर यात्री नहीं बोलने की वजह से ठगी का शिकार बन जाते हैं ।

Great salute to you for your prostate against the miscreants like pantry manager, as a result we are being chitted regularly by them, this should be stopped immediately by taking strong action on them to make safe and secure our journey. Railway authority should look into this matter seriously and strong vigilant is necessary on this matter
The same thing also happened with me I chased and caught pantry manager while the catering staffs charged extra prices for all foods. I asked for the the valid rate chart but they denied to provide. Then I visited pantry car manager and I saw a group of TTEs are enjoying food in the pantry coach I knocked them regarding the matter but they ignored. Finally I chased pantry manager for the rate chart he showed me the IRCTC marked food chart dangled inside the pantry coach which is at least 20 to 30% less than the bill provided by the catering staffs. When I started recording for all these illegal things then the pantry manager bowed down to me and confessed his ILL TRADE. and prayed apologies. I compelled him to return overcharged prices to passengers in the same coach I was travelled because it was not possible for me to visit all the coaches.The incident happened 7 years ago in AZAD HIND EXPRESS while I was returning to Howrah from Nagpur.

Very good, superb job done We too face this same issue while traveling by train. I am senior citizen. Indian Railway authorities need to tale strict action against this fraud happening in the trains. I had same experience in TN express (12622) from Delhi to Chennai. I also raised by voice against pantry staff, when they overcharged . Paneer dish is optional, but it was compulsorily served at rate of 100rsapprox. Rail Neer was not given ( no commission in that ). After I raised my voice, i was joined by few more passengers in 2A. Coffee was only tasteless. Later on they realised their mistake and served fresh hot coffee in 2A .
Recently I travel to pune from Mathura by Swarna Jayanti , exactly same thing happened regarding water. It’s 100% that pantry crew were selling local water only and tea are worthless. Its pathetic about crew and management of the train that they all are involved in this kind of racket …. Piyush Goyal Ji please explanation needed about This kind of issue . Thanks for exposing this. You were talking so politely. You can complain at your destination station. I once felt that food was being overpriced on a long distance train. Unreserved people are made to sit by some TTs in 3rd AC etc. On some trains Daal is served with Idli- Dosa. Kuch bhi chalega.
This toughness should be shown to these mean people. If they are pardoned they won't change, rather , will take more clever path to cheat people. Very good job bro.
