(By the way, all the z-fighters died because of old age, with trunks as the last of them). Izuku wished for the body of the strongest being to ever live. Which was goku being the extent of shenron's power. And his second wish was all the knowledge there ever existed. Which gave him knowledge of the time ring which he used to go back in time and tell his past self (before getting betrayed) and Izuku left UA to find the dragon balls to do the same thing as the future Izuku did.
