Bruh. Imagine being deku. You live in a world where everyone around you operates with powers called quirks, you and your childhood friend both looked up to the same hero and as a child your full of all these dreams and aspirations only to find out....you don't have a quirk and you'll never get one so for like 12+ years you had to live with everyone around you looking and picking on you cause you don't have a quirk not to mention your best friend even picks on you...brutally. Then one day you not only encounter your #1 hero but he asks YOU to be the prodigy of his quirk HIS quirk outta all quirks. Even we as people have times where we cry and feel so low of ourselves and think that the only good thing that'll come our way is in our dreams. Deku is basically living out the same dream that he slept on for years the little shred of hope he had left became a big ball of possibility outta nowhere I'd fucking cry and doubt myself alot too people need to legit hate a character for a legit reason not because of a certain attribute that doesn't get understood or put in retrospect.
