.....i dont remember Izuku ever calling her Ochako though. Its always Uraraka-san. Hes very formal and impersonal with her, even in his thoughts. He is more personal with Iida, then eventually Shoto. And of course the most personal with Kacchan (cant get more personal than osananajimi besides becoming koibito). Honorifics and whether first or last name is used tells a lot about a characters personality. Izuku has a really hard time using Tsuyu when she asks him to. Ochako in the manga is treated often times as one of the boys funnily enough. Even Iida uses Uraraka-kun instead of -san. Most of the girls use her first name though. Im honestly flabbergasted Ochako hasnt gotten to to the chan stage or 1st name basis stage with Izuku, but guess that also shows Izukus distance towards her. Poor Chako
