Just want to say that at the beginning of the story deku says: "this is the story of how i baceme the best hero world have ever seen" so it will have a good ending

and it makes sense too. even with all the power deku currently has, OFA is still incomplete bc all might is still alive and has a very tiny sliver of the power left. the fact he can still bulk up for even a second is proof. but nobody is ever truly prepared to lose a loved one. even when they know for sure that it's going to happen.

I mean that could happen but I think one of 2 things may happen. 1, he gets a quirk after everything happens after all. 2. OFA pulls the plot card and does what it does in the second movie.

The only thing Deku will give shiggy is a big fat L. Because plot armor is the strongest quirk.

What if it's his spirit talking considering OfA's previous wielders exist in spirit form? Although it could just very well be future Deku reflecting back on his own story as well.

I originally came up with the idea like two years ago, during the joint training arc, because I always thought Stress and Blackwhip looked really similar, and since Danjo wouldve have been alive long before ReDestro, I actually assumed Danjo's quirk evolved over time, I mean, look at how he described his quirk to Deku, it being activated during heightened emotional states, and ReDestro's Stress quirk is basically Blackwhip turned Hulk. I thought it would stand to reason Danjo is ReDestros ancestor, and the Blackwhip quirk could be wrapped around Deku, much like the Venom symbiote from Marvel, since we know Horikoshi is an admitted fan of western comics (Kamui Woods is modeled after Spiderman apparently). And that got me thinking, wouldnt that just be Full Cowling all over again? Deku learning to administer his quirk over the entirety of his body instead of one point? This could give him advantage against Shigiraki because as Shigi Decays Deku, hed only be decaying the substance that is Blackwhip, with Deku able to pump out more to replace whats lost (because lets face it, Deku isnt gonna get hyper regeneration from the second user, though I do have a silly theory that he has a conscious regen ability, and he creates extra muscle and tissue to shoot with his gauntlet), and without Regeneration, Deku is gonna need some way to power through Decay. And that train of thought brought me to "Oh, holy fuck, what if he can Full Cowl with the others?" with Blackwhip and Smokescreen specifically designed to combat Shigaraki. The float, fa jin, and danger sense ones I came up with like tail end of last year after we got them shown to us. But yeah, I get the feeling still that its gonna happen. Edit: Plus, since Blackwhip clearly has some form of matter to it, its able to constrict and hold people aloft, when Midoriya used it in conjunction with Float to save all those people, it clearly has a high tensile strength to it, I feel like he could easily wrap a ton of ribbons around his arms to basically pull a Muscular and knock the everloving shit out of Shigaraki

That’s very true because it tells us how society is corrupted just like in real life nowadays just like the movie joker tells us too.

Deku isn't fighting for the corrupt hero system, he's fighting to carry on the idea of heroism which some of the villains have picked upon like Stain and Nagant.

Personally I think Overhaul was right, they should have treated Quirks (not Quirk users) like what it was, a plague. Quirk erasing bullets are already a thing, developing a cure is very plausible and would set the world on the right track again, as without Quirks none of this would have happened.

That makes no sense, AFO stopped All Might with his bare hands, which woukd suggest he is very much capable of using OFA. Even though AFO is weakened, he is very intelligent, more so than Midoriya. And OFA came from AFO. But i think the only way to kill him is by somehow removing or destroying crucial quirks which kept him alive after suffering a mortal injury from All Might years before these events happened. Or Horikoshi giving Midoriya a golden toilet level plot armor and somehow outsmart a villain that is literally a genius. But in my opinion if All Might was smarter, he would be the only one who is able to defeat AFO on a 1v1, despite Midoriya showing the fact that he is stronger, he needs support from others as he cant outsmart a villain who thinks everything through.

Yes, ending 2, the vigilante ending is the most likely and i cannot wait to see vigilante deku again! And probably fatgum as well among others.

tbh, I think the Doomsday theory is a setup for a MHA sequel. Horikoshi might do something after before returning to a MHA sequel. Don't forget there is some random guy out there with the New Order Quirk. That can open a lot of possibilities as well. Besides, I feel like Stars and Stripes inclusion is so random. Introduce a whole character so Shiggi can go on a powertrip?

Bittersweet endings can exist Number 1 hero but with plenty of sacrifice but tone isn’t really leaning towards neutral but rather positive

Does it? Sacrificing his life saving the 🌎 is a way to become the greatest hero.

@@InvestedGman well to be fair hori never wanted mha to be a long story, he wanted mha to a short and sweet story mha was meant to end with 32 volumes and it was extended the pacing is going very fast and that would be a problem but for me that it really isnt since pacing picking up doesnt mean its rushed but am not saying there wasnt areas that arent rushed but that doesnt really affect me that much plus the meaning of Rushed would be if there was no indication of discrimination prior to the end of the war and that it was a topic that was never addressed or hinted at prior which it is addressed and hinted at. i think some people are mad because some aspect of the story isnt expanded as they what.

@@jackjohn4156 that’s what I mean. Deku would have to do it, knowing what would happen. Honestly it would fit a common shonen theme too lol. If you think about it, in a lot of main stream high-school age shonen stories, the main character rarely kills. And I think this is one of them. Deku beats the shit out of people but I don’t think he has killed anyone. Now obviously the big bad has to die at the end, but the writers probably want to keep the protag’s kill count at zero. In stories like this, the way they often get around this is by having the big bad accidentally kill himself in some way. This would fit.

@@gabesmoove9278 yes, but that doesn’t mean it’s done by conventional means. At the end of the day, Deku will fight Shigaraki prepared or no. And even if he has to retreat, I can still see that getting a ton of civilians the heck out of dodge. And if they do become a resistance team, after an event like this, I’d be shocked if Deku wasn’t their leader and their #1 hero. There are ways to play with that declaration.
