Here lies my most personal song yet. Deku's character reflecting my most vulnerable self mirroring themes of depression, lack of self esteem, a malfunctioning hero complex and desire to change things. Kick Up The Pace not only speaks on those fundamental truths, but gives hope in its chorus. Life is going to be a rollercoaster ride everyone will eventually grow weary of but you must keep on going.
